Team UCC, a known hacking group associated with the extremist group IS, has issued a statement, claiming to have hacked the official website of the Government College Khertha in India.

This week, Team UCC, better known as United Cyber Caliphate, claimed on their official Telegram channel to have hacked the website of the Govt. College Kertha in India.
The institution hasn’t issued a public statement yet but as of the time of writing this article, their website is inaccessible. A “403-Forbidden: Access is denied” error appears when trying to access it.
It’s yet unknown when the website will become accessible or how Team UCC plans on exploiting the vulnerability.
Team UCC has known links to IS and it has carried out several high-profile cyberattacks in its name over the years.
Some of these include the Pakistan International Airlines website attack, where the online operations of the airline were frozen. Passengers could not use the platform at all.
The United Cyber Caliphate was first founded on April 4th, 2016. They’re notorious for defacing websites and being the de-facto technical support team for IS supporters.
Another high-profile attack was the systematic shutdown or crippling of several Indonesian sectors on April 7th, 2023.

Team UCC is currently one of the most powerful pro-ISIS cyberterrorism groups in the world. It predominantly focuses on high-profile targets and spreads fear by sowing chaos and disrupting services.
Website defacement through a DDoS attack is their specialty and results in confusion, chaos, and the temporary disruption of the target’s operations.
All the available data points to the fact that Team UCC is a key player in today’s cyber warfare that will likely continue to wreak havoc online.
